What is LAMP?
Language Acquisition through Motor Planning (LAMP) is a therapeutic approach based on neurological and motor learning principles. The goal is to give individuals who are nonverbal or have limited verbal abilities a method of independently and spontaneously expressing themselves in any setting. More >>
LAMP Workshops are designed for anyone who works with and cares for a non-verbal individual with autism – therapists, teachers, parents, carers etc.
Each Workshop covers: LAMP background and theory, discussion of the components of LAMP, how and why individuals with autism would benefit from using a voice output AAC device, discussion of device features that are beneficial for teaching language to individuals with autism.
