Helpful button actions

Visit vs Navigate

When the button function Visits another page, once a button on the visited page is spoken, the app returns to the Home page. This is necessary so that every word will have a unique and consistent motor movement.

When the button function Navigates to another page, once a button on the visited page is activated, the app remains on that page. There are some reasons you would want to stay on a page. For example, the SPELL/NUMBERs key on the Home Page Navigates to the keyboard. This keeps the keyboard visible while you type a word. When using these Button Functions, you will want to Navigate to the page where the function is located.
