As parts of the global efforts to contain the spread and mitigate impact of the virus as well as following Government advice, we are offering alternative methods of support and adopting best practises to minimise any risk to our employees and yourselves.
In-person group trainings/conferences: Cancelled until at least April 15th but moved online where possible. Your local consultant will contact you to discuss options.

Consultant support: Liberator consultants continue to be available to assist with your AAC needs. You will be contacted directly to discuss planned meetings and options (i.e. online training) to minimise risk. We may have to rearrange face to face meetings if we have concerns regarding risk to our employees. Customer support: We will endeavour to provide the best possible service in all situations. Measures have been put in place to ensure staff can work from home with full access to our systems so telephone/online support can continue as usual. In case a full lockdown is imposed and couriers are not available we encourage all customers to ensure they have appropriate contingency plans where possible (i.e. access to manual boards, check any back-up devices are operational) as it may not be possible to send loan devices or arrange collections.

Product deliveries: Delays may be experienced if couriers become unavailable. However we have maintained our Brexit contingency plans over the last year in holding higher stock levels to ensure we can maintain a high level of customer service. So at this point we do not anticipate any stock shortages but we will keep you posted if the situation changes.
Please be assured that whenever devices are shipped from Liberator, we follow the strictest protocol for cleaning and disinfecting. We also recommend you follow the cleaning recommendations within the operating manual for the device in question.
