Total LibCare - 5 years is included with any Accent and NovaChat communication aid device purchased from 6th January 2023 and provides the following:

- Unlimited phone, email, and remote support
- Replacement batteries and chargers included**
- FREE loan device whilst your device is being repaired***
- FREE collection (within UK and Ireland) and FREE return
- FREE training included
- Weekend and public holiday emergency support
